Analisis Dampak Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) terhadap Pengembangan Kompetensi Mahasiswa Manajemen dalam Era Digital

Abstract


Kemajuan teknologi Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) telah membuka peluang baru dalam dunia pendidikan tinggi, khususnya dalam bidang manajemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan GenAI terhadap pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa manajemen di era digital. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, studi ini mengidentifikasi kontribusi positif GenAI dalam pengembangan keterampilan analitis, kreativitas, dan pengambilan keputusan, serta tantangan etis dan teknis yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GenAI dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam simulasi bisnis, analisis data, dan pengelolaan informasi, namun memerlukan strategi implementasi yang tepat agar nilai-nilai akademik dan etika tetap terjaga.
