Abstract
Dislokasi sendi siku adalah cedera yang sering terjadi dan memerlukan diagnosis yang cepat dan akurat. Pemeriksaan radiografi, khususnya menggunakan proyeksi Antero-Posterior (AP) dan Lateral, memainkan peran penting dalam menegakkan diagnosis dislokasi sendi siku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan teknik radiografi dalam diagnosis dislokasi sendi siku di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan proyeksi AP dan Lateral efektif dalam mendeteksi dislokasi, dengan pengaturan penyinaran menggunakan 45 kV dan 4 mAs. Proses pencatatan gambar dilakukan menggunakan Computed Radiography (CR), yang menghasilkan gambar berkualitas tinggi untuk analisis lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pentingnya teknologi pencitraan modern dalam meningkatkan akurasi diagnosis dislokasi sendi siku. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa radiografi dengan penggunaan CR memberikan hasil yang optimal dalam mendeteksi dislokasi sendi siku, meskipun diperlukan keahlian dalam interpretasi gambar untuk diagnosis yang lebih akurat.
