Integration of Islamic Religious Sciences Against Multicultural Values

Abstract


The integration of multicultural values is a process of acquiring knowledge, developing attitudes and behaviors to live with mutual respect, tolerance, peace, mutual assistance, and non-violence. the integration of Islamic religious knowledge into multicultural values which is more focused on improving mental attitudes that are manifested in actions, both for the needs of oneself and others, both theoretically and practically. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis methods are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that 1) The form of the multicultural value of the integration of Islamic religious knowledge that is applied in the integration process of Islamic religious knowledge wherein Inclusive (Open), Human Values (Humanistic), tolerance values, Help values, Help values, Justice values (Democratic) and the values of equality and brotherhood (brotherhood), 2) the implementation of the integration of multicultural values in the integration of Islamic religious knowledge is carried out in planning,
